A sustainable agriculture company in Depok is seeking a Sustainability Project Asst. Manager. This role involves managing key stakeholder relationships, leading field surveys to assess project feasibility, and conducting policy analysis related to carbon markets. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the agricultural sector. Business level English is required.
Our client is a Sustainable Agriculture company. Currently, they are looking for Sustainability Project Asst. Manager (Carbon Market, Biochar, AWD).
Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: government agencies (e.g., Ministries of Agriculture, Environment, Forestry), local authorities, farmer groups, cooperatives, and research institutions.
Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and field visits.
Conduct regulatory and policy analysis related to carbon credit frameworks and sustainability standards in Indonesia.
Lead project site surveys to identify and assess feasibility based on set criteria.
Design and supervise farmer surveys to collect data on current practices, openness to innovation, and economic aspects.
Analyze competitor projects and market landscape related to AWD, biochar, and sustainable agriculture.
Draft feasibility study reports, presentations, and technical documents in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Manage and verify data collected during fieldwork for use in economic modeling and project assessment.
Provide high-quality translations (written and oral) between Bahasa Indonesia and English when required.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Business Level of English
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination for feasibility study, business development, or research within the agricultural or environmental sector.
Proven experience in leading field teams and managing multi-stakeholder projects independently.
Knowledge or experience related to sustainable agriculture, carbon markets, biochar, or AWD.
Familiarity with the Indonesian agricultural sector, especially rice cultivation practices.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
