The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • All aspects of the Project Controls function including project planning, scheduling, cost estimation and control.
  • Planning, monitoring, and controlling the execution of projects to ensure delivery within the time and budgetary parameters, while optimizing resource utilisation.
  • Implementing best practices and ensuring continuous improvement in cost control, estimation, planning, change management and scheduling.
  • Acting as a focal point for all project and delivery personnel in the resolution of project controls issues.
  • Establishing performance measurement programs to provide an accurate reflection of project performance.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate, Utilities and Industrial.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
