PROJECT ASSISTANT (Oil & Gas)

A Project Assistant provides administrative and logistical support to project managers and teams, often acting as an interface between them and other stakeholders. They are responsible for tasks like scheduling meetings, coordinating communication, managing documentation, and ensuring projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining project files.
  • Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Arranging travel, accommodation, and other logistical needs for project-related activities.
  • Coordinating project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, and that project timelines are met.
  • Maintaining project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of project activities and communications.
  • Assisting with the preparation of project reports and presentations.
  • Following up on project issues and ensuring that they are resolved.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the project manager and providing general support.
