Job Description

• Manage the design development process, including preparing drawings for construction, authority submissions, and tendering
• Attend project-related meetings and participate in technical and design discussions
• Review architectural and other design drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements
• Review and verify contractors' shop drawings and coordinate with consultants to resolve any issues
• Oversee development of conceptual and schematic designs, including detailed working drawings and material selection
• Coordinate and manage all For-Construction drawings, including quality control of finishing materials
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify design compliance and address any on-site challenges

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Architect or related roles with portfolio in Luxurious Villa, Resort, or Hotel Projects
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related software.
• Able to speak English
• Willing to be placed in Bali
