Job Description

• Review architectural drawings, design documents, and technical submissions from design consultants& contractors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants (architectural, structural, MEP, ID, etc.) to provide design input and resolve design-related issues during all project phases
• Ensure designs meet applicable codes, regulations, and company design standards
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to the internal project team, including Project Managers, Development, and Construction teams
• Review and track design revisions, value engineering proposals, and changes during design development
• Participate in design coordination meetings and workshops with consultants and internal stakeholders
• Monitor design progress and ensure timely delivery of design milestones and approvals

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Architect or related roles with portfolio in Luxurious Villa, Resort, or Hotel Projects
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related software.
• Able to speak English
• Willing to be placed in Bali
