Job Description:

  1. Maintain internal company procedures to ensure all employees are updated on modifications to policies, SOPs, tax regulations, applicable laws, government regulations, and industry standards.
  2. Identify shortfalls or potential improvements in policies and SOPs; assess their effectiveness and recommend or implement necessary changes.
  3. Coordinate with Project Manager and Project Team to prepare the Construction Budget.
  4. Prepare and present Budget vs Actual reports during weekly or biweekly budget meetings.
  5. Coordinate with the Project Team and Development Advisor to ensure value engineering is conducted and monitor actual spending to stay within the budget.
  6. Escalate major findings or issues to the Compliance Leader.
  7. Inform and update executives, peers, and subordinates with relevant information promptly.
  8. Leverage technology and utilize information systems and tools to generate reports and provide analytical support for management decision-making.
  9. Assist the Compliance Leader in maintaining relationships within the organization to gather feedback and ensure client and customer satisfaction.
