Requirement:

  • At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Environment within the resource Industry
  • Experience with expatriate personnel administration matters
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Residents of Gresik, Surabaya, and surrounding areas, with a non-rotational schedule, on a contract basis
  • Proficiency in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Job Description:

  • Provide clear, timely, and realistic communication to direct employees regarding travel and work licenses, documentation, and initial travel arrangements
  • Coordinate with SMEs to ensure timely delivery of formalities, insurance, logistics, contracts, payroll, and other employee requirements
  • Support direct employees and assignees throughout their assignment, from onboarding to off-boarding, including pre-access requirements, logistics, tracking recharges, and ongoing support
  • Manage on-site activities to ensure project schedules and key dates are met in coordination with project needs
