Requirement:
- At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Environment within the resource Industry
- Experience with expatriate personnel administration matters
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Residents of Gresik, Surabaya, and surrounding areas, with a non-rotational schedule, on a contract basis
- Proficiency in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Job Description:
- Provide clear, timely, and realistic communication to direct employees regarding travel and work licenses, documentation, and initial travel arrangements
- Coordinate with SMEs to ensure timely delivery of formalities, insurance, logistics, contracts, payroll, and other employee requirements
- Support direct employees and assignees throughout their assignment, from onboarding to off-boarding, including pre-access requirements, logistics, tracking recharges, and ongoing support
- Manage on-site activities to ensure project schedules and key dates are met in coordination with project needs
