Job description

A Project Administrator assist with project management duties, oversee and perform administrative functions concerned with various projects. This may include calling contractors, making appointments, ordering supplies, doing site visits and preparing reports.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Managing daily administrative functions of a project or program.
  2. Liaising with other professionals and consultants to define outcomes and timelines.
  3. Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes.
  4. Coordinating and administering meetings, including issuing of minutes.
  5. Processing invoices and purchase orders.
  6. Managing project documentation and contracts, raising issues and implementing changes to contracts.
  7. Providing daily support to project team as directed by management.
  8. Overseeing work performed by contractors and reporting on variations.
  9. Assisting Project Managers with budgeting and regular reporting.
  10. Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps).
  11. Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

MUST HAVE work experience as Project Admin from property developer

  1. Graduated Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  3. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  4. Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
  5. Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  6. Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
