Project Admin Fixed Asset Tools (FAT)

We’re looking for a Project Admin FAT at Telecommunication Industry to help manage and oversee the movement of asset tools across all project areas. If you’re great at coordinating and have a keen eye for detail, come join our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth movement (issuance, procurement, returns) of asset tools across all project areas.
2. Keep track of all tools in the warehouse and ensure everything is properly managed.
3. Ensure that the movement of asset tools (Input, Receiving, Assignment, Sending, Return, Disposal) is recorded accurately in the system.
4. Assist Project Admin FAT staff to ensure they follow company SOPs.
5. Make sure the disposal requests for tools are handled properly.
6. Receive tool requests from the project and coordinate with the project team to meet their specific tool needs.
7. Source and recommend suppliers for tools based on project requests, and collaborate with procurement to get the best price.
8. Submit PR/PO, advance, petty cash requests, and monitor the tool ordering process, ensuring invoices are handled by the finance team.
9. Ensure proper audits are done on the tools used by all employees across project areas.
10. Collect photos for tool rental incentives and assist Project Admin FAT staff with receiving and handing over tools to engineers.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in asset management.
3. Familiar with asset management systems (preferably with experience in SAP or similar).
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with teams.
5. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
6. Willing to work in the field and on project sites.
7. Can work both independently and as part of a team.
