A leading engineering company seeks a skilled Project Accountant in Papua Barat, Indonesia. The candidate will manage financial statements, oversee compliance with tax regulations, and assist in internal audits. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience and familiarity with the petroleum and natural gas sector is preferred.
1. Keep accounts in a timely manner based on the business documents that occur every day.
2. Be responsible for communicating with the local DJP or tax consultant agent to ensure that the company's tax declaration is timely and compliant.
3. Be responsible for issuing financial statements, reports, and various management data tables.
4. Manage financial archives well, including but not limited to the archiving and management of original documents and accounting vouchers related to financial payments, process approvals, contract materials, invoices, etc., both in paper and electronic forms.
5. Be responsible for cooperating with internal or external audits of the company.
6. Assist other departments: Assist other departments in completing relevant financial work as needed.
7. Report to HQ and finance manager in time for project issues.
8. Assist the HQ in managing the company's financial-related matters.
