Program Development Officer - Consulting Services
- Approach future clients according to selected prospective industries.
- Discuss and confirm with customers to plan related projects, from training plan programs and module to executions.
- Arrange and maintain the flow of support requests for projects.
- Discuss customized agreement required in the finalization process.
- Present the material to prospective clients.
- Be the primary point of contact for select customers.
- Consult the negotiated project fee with the Program Development Manager.
- Consult customize agreement with Corporate Legal department.
- Handle various institution agreement related to the project accomplishment (e.g., SIUP, legal operation agreement, anggaran dasar).
- Arrange and calculate invoice and tax payment to client.
During Project Activities:
- Ensure appropriate operational process during training delivery session.
- Ensure effective payment process from clients.
- Analyze budget realization from related projects and calculate further report.
- Develop solutions and services proposals to potential clients.
- Secure projects from new clients.
- Identify new solutions and/or services which can be proposed to existing customers/clients.
- Handle project agreement process in Professional Services (e.g. extension, review, addendum, etc.).
Management Support Activities
- Provide report to direct Supervisor.
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Education Requirements
Work Exposure/Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
