Pre-Project Activities:
  • Prepare all required offering proposals for prospective clients (e.g., program summary, concept, trainer).
  • Calculate the overall budget for prospective projects.
  • Negotiate and discuss project offerings with clients.
  • Verify offerings and suggest pricing recommendations.
  • Follow up with prospective clients regarding project proposals.
  • Update clients on offering status.
  • Coordinate the finalization of negotiations (e.g., signing agreements).
  • Arrange logistical support for training execution (e.g., trainers’ transport and accommodation).
During Project/Training Activities:
  • Ensure availability of training equipment and materials (e.g., training materials, souvenirs, name tags, training aids).
  • Maintain training sessions according to schedule.
  • Complete evaluation forms for training sessions (e.g., trainer and client feedback).
Post-Project Activities:
  • Manage the payment process with clients.
  • Schedule and conduct training evaluations.
  • Monitor client progress and schedule follow-up meetings.
  • Prepare a summary of training expenses.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients (e.g., CEO speeches, facilitator training).
Management Support Activities:
  • Provide reports to supervisors.
  • Suggest improvements related to activities, especially concerning time, effort, and costs.
  • Participate in Quality Management System activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
