What You’ll Do

1. Facilitate interactive teaching, coaching, and mentoring sessions focused on building core professional competencies such as leadership, effective communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.
2. Leverage your experience in navigating workplace dynamics, conflict resolution, and team building from both academic and industry settings.
3. Stay current with modern professional development trends and integrate innovative methodologies into your mentoring approach.
4. Design and structure impactful learning activities and experiences, leveraging your background as a corporate trainer to build key employability skills.
5. Develop and maintain a high-quality library of workshops, guides, case studies, and other materials designed to accelerate learners’ professional growth.
6. Partner with fellow mentors to create comprehensive support systems that seamlessly blend technical training with essential soft skills.
7. Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning through your continuous professional development and real-world achievements.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
2. At least 5+ years in a project management, leadership, or mentorship role, or 5+ years of relevant experience in business, education, or a related field.
3. Strong expertise in developing professional competencies across leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and project management.
4. Experience facilitating collaborative, inquiry-based, or experiential learning environments.
5. Demonstrated expertise in learning design and the ability to structure engaging and effective training activities, preferably with a corporate training background.
6. Experience with Challenge-Based Learning, experiential learning, or inquiry-based learning is a plus.
7. Background in coaching or human capital management is a plus.
8. Proficiency in English is essential.
