What You’ll Do- Facilitate interactive teaching, coaching, and mentoring sessions focused on building core professional competencies such as leadership, effective communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.
- Leverage your experience in navigating workplace dynamics, conflict resolution, and team building from both academic and industry settings.
- Stay current with modern professional development trends and integrate innovative methodologies into your mentoring approach.
- Design and structure impactful learning activities and experiences, leveraging your background as a corporate trainer to build key employability skills.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality library of workshops, guides, case studies, and other materials designed to accelerate learners’ professional growth.
- Partner with fellow mentors to create comprehensive support systems that seamlessly blend technical training with essential soft skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning through your continuous professional development and real-world achievements.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5+ years in a project management, leadership, or mentorship role, or 5+ years of relevant experience in business, education, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in developing professional competencies across leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and project management.
- Experience facilitating collaborative, inquiry-based, or experiential learning environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in learning design and the ability to structure engaging and effective training activities, preferably with a corporate training background.
- Experience with Challenge-Based Learning, experiential learning, or inquiry-based learning is a plus.
- Background in coaching or human capital management is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
