Job summary

A leading industrial park developer in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Professional Recruiter. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process for middle to top-level positions, develop talent acquisition strategies, and conduct candidate assessments. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, preferably in headhunting, and is proficient in English, with Mandarin as a plus. This position requires being based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a head-hunter firm.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and tools.
  • Licensed Industrial-Organizational Psychologist is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin fluency is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for middle to top levels.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct candidate assessments using psychology tools.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management in fulfilling workforce requirements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience; prior experience with a head-hunter firm is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of standardized recruitment methods and tools.
  • Licensed Industrial-Organizational Psychologist is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin fluency is a significant plus.
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta as the primary location.
