Job summary

Diageo Bali site is seeking a Production Worker - Engineering Supervisor to lead maintenance activities, ensure asset care and TPM implementation, and optimize production reliability. The role focuses on enforcing ISO/industrial standards and coordinating across engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to drive maintenance plans.
• Knowledge of machinery mechanical, electrical, instrument parts and processes.
• Experience with instrumentation, process control and utility/facility systems.
• Experience using SAP and lean manufacturing/ TPM practices.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance compliance according to approved plans (ZPMM, ZPMS, ZPMR).
• Maintain OT availability to meet production targets and service requirements.
• Reduce unplanned equipment downtime and optimize utility systems.
• Meet maintenance planning KPIs and manage approved budget.
• Develop and deploy MMS Asset Care, TPM and cost-saving initiatives.
