Production & Warehouse Staff

Job Descriptions

1. Executes and maintains all required official corporate filings, documents, reports, and records according to company and applicable regulations.
2. Carries out operational production, warehouse, engineering, and other related work.
3. Coordinates with related internal and external departments.
4. Works in accordance with any standards required by the company.
5. Inventories raw materials in the warehouse.
6. Inventories finished goods materials in the warehouse.
7. Closely monitors, analyzes, and reports the movement of items in the warehouse.
8. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background of at least a Diploma Degree or SMK in all engineering majors, or similar related fields.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
4. Good planning and effective communication skills.
5. Ability to operate a hand stacker; having SIO certification is preferred.
6. Experience in production and warehouse is preferred.
7. Experience in factory workshops is preferred.
8. Experience in flavoring and tobacco industries is preferred.
9. Experience working in a warehouse complying with ISO 9001 and HACCP requirements is an advantage.
