Production Warehouse/Inventory Staff - Manufacture - Cikarang (C-118466)

Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Production Warehouse/Inventory Staff (SIO Forklift Certified).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle and monitor the process of receiving and incoming orders; materials, etc.
2. Handle and monitor goods order process to Factory / Vendors, release PO to Factory / Vendors.
3. Administer parts inventory area and safety stock program.
4. Administer documentation of goods, import and domestic, purchase orders and confirmation orders.
5. Monitor and report goods delivery, from order taking, pre-shipment until delivery to warehouse / distributor.
6. Monitor and track orders, shipments and communicate with the logistics section relating to import clearance.
7. Direct involvement in monitoring and annual inventory audit.
8. Administer Factory / Vendors / Distributors invoices (if any).
9. Some administration jobs will be done through systems.
10. Cooperate with other departments.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Have min. 1-2 years of experience in warehousing/inventory for manufacturing.
2. Conversational English proficiency.
