Job summary

PT. Sinar Bintang Plasindo in Mojokerto, East Java, seeks a maintenance technician to maintain production machinery and utility systems including chiller, pumps, cooling tower, compressor, and dryer, as well as facilities.

You will perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance, read wiring diagrams, and analyze data to improve process quality while collaborating with the production team. Overtime may be required and occasional city relocation could occur.

Qualifications

• Graduate of SMK/D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Understanding of high and low voltage systems and able to read wiring diagrams.
• Experience handling production machinery and utility systems such as cooling towers, pumps, chiller, and compressors.
• Experience with hydraulic systems and machine mechanics.
• Able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime and be assigned outside the city if required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve technical issues on machinery, utility systems, and facilities.
• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Analyse operational data and recommend improvements to production process quality.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise production processes.
