Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de l'emballage recherche un Manager des Opérations pour superviser et améliorer le processus de production. Le candidat idéal aurait au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement manufacturier, avec un solide bagage en leadership stratégique. Ce rôle est crucial pour maintenir la qualité des produits tout en respectant les coûts de production.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent.
• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Manager des Opérations ou Manager de Production.
• Expérience dans les systèmes et processus manufacturiers.

Responsibilities

• Planifier et contrôler le processus de fabrication.
• Gérer les performances des subordonnés.
• Assurer la mise en œuvre du système de gestion de la qualité et HSE.

Job description

• Making plan, maintain and monitor the manufacturing process, control production and technical departement
• Ensure production costs are maintained at appropriate level – coordination with finance department
• Ensure the readiness of maintenance includes time, cost and quality of company’s assets is managed in accordance with technical standards
• Ensure consistency of product quality
• Develop operation reports.
• Ensure the implementation of vision, mission and values of Operation Department (Production and Technic Departement)
• Manage subordinate’s task and responsibility allocation
• Manage performance of subordinates
• Identify and develop talents including identifying needed training
• Ensure implementation of quality management system & HSE in all activity

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional degree from engineering
• Having minimum 5 years experience as operation manager/production manager, preferably in manufacturing company (carton box / offset printing / customer goods / packaging)
• Having experience in manufacturing system and process
• Having strong strategic leadership skill to articulate the company’s vision and mission.
• Willing to be placed at all site area (Tangerang / Cibitung / Karawang)
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
