An established industry player is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee the production line management in a dynamic environment. This role involves ensuring production efficiency, leading defect analysis meetings, and implementing safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electromechanical or industrial engineering, with at least three years of experience in a similar role. Assign tasks reasonably according to the daily production plan to ensure that the production line completes the output target on time.
Monitor the production progress, solve bottleneck problems in time and ensure production efficiency.
Lead the defective product analysis meeting, promote the implementation of improvement measures and reduce rework costs.
Implement 6S management ( sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleanliness, quality and safety ), conduct daily patrol inspection and score.
Be responsible for shift arrangement, working hours, skill training and performance appraisal of team members.
Establish a cross-cultural communication mechanism to resolve employee conflicts and maintain team stability ( monthly turnover rate ≤ 3 % ).
Follow up the requisition and distribution of production materials on duty, and control the consumption of auxiliary materials.
Ensure that the operation meets the requirements of ISO 9001 / 14001 system, and there are nomajor nonconformities after internal audit.
Implement various safety production systems of the enterprise, organize monthly safety drills and carry out safety inspections to achieve the goal of zero industrial accidents throughout the year.
Job Requirements:
Technical secondary school degree or above in electromechanical / industrial engineering, at least 3 years experience in production line management of electronic / small household appliances industry, with experience in multinational enterprises.
Proficient in production report making and analysis.
Fluent in reading and writing production documents based on English / Chinese (e.g. can understand BOM).
Adapt to the local team management characteristics in Indonesia, understand the local tradition festival arrangement, and be able to flexibly adjust the production schedule.
A 6-day work week is acceptable.
Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to high-intensity work.
K3 ( Occupational Safety and Health ) training certificate recognized by Indonesian government is preferred.
