JAPFA invites experienced professionals to join our shrimp hatchery teams in Indonesia as a Larvae Production Supervisor. You will supervise daily hatchery operations, monitor larval rearing, water quality, and biosecurity, and drive production targets with hands-on leadership across units.

Qualifications

• 2 years as Larvae Production Supervisor or 3 years as Technician in a shrimp hatchery.
• Knowledge of larval rearing, live feed production, water quality, and biosecurity.
• Strong leadership to oversee daily production and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily hatchery operations to meet production plans.
• Monitor hatchery processes, water quality, and seed quality parameters.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, biosecurity, quality, and safety standards.
• Support production planning, scheduling, and coordination with technical teams.
• Lead and evaluate supervisors and operational staff.
• Report operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
