A leading company in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Production Supervisor to enhance production management and support team development. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and significant experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in photovoltaic systems. Responsibilities include overseeing production, implementing cost improvements, and providing team training. Exceptional communication and management skills are essential.
1.Formulate the performance objectives of the team according to the internal and external competitive environment of the enterprise, the development trend of industry technology, and the company's resource conditions.
2.According to the production plan of the workshop, control the "man, machine, material, method, environment, and measurement" on the site of the controlled area, and follow up the completion of production tasks.
3.Coordinate resources to analyze and handle on-site abnormalities in the area under management in a timely manner, propose improvement measures, and ensure the achievement of production indicators such as production capacity and quality in the area.
4.Implement the improvement tasks within the area according to the improvement plan and scheme for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the workshop.
5.Identify the relevant control points of key special projects (EHS, fire protection, confidentiality, etc.) in the area under management, and propose improvement and solution plans.
6.Be responsible for the process standardization training, implementation, and inspection work in the area under management to ensure that employees operate in a standardized manner.
7.Be responsible for the implementation and improvement of 6S in the area.
8.Be responsible for the process testing, product debugging, and implementation of intelligent projects in the area under management, as well as the timely feedback of abnormal problems; establish and maintain efficient internal and external cooperation relationships.
9.Based on business objectives, maintain regular communication and resource acquisition with relevant internal departments of the company regarding work objectives and business connection; create a good cooperation relationship to ensure smooth connection between upstream and downstream of the business.
10.Be responsible for the teaching, ability cultivation, and inheritance of team members.
11.Be responsible for the daily management of employees in the area under management, such as daily attendance, performance management, team ability construction, and team atmosphere creation, improve the skills of team employees, stimulate employees' potential, and actively take the lead in practicing the corporate culture and core values.
12.Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications for the position:
1.Candidates who can use Chinese/Mandarin as a working language will be given priority. Those majoring in science and engineering, especially in disciplines such as physics, materials science, mechanical engineering (including electrical aspects), electrical engineering (automation), and management will be preferred.
2.Background in the manufacturing industry, photovoltaic industry, and new energy industry.
3.More than 3 years of production management experience in manufacturing enterprises, with preference given to those with experience in the photovoltaic industry.
4.Having led at least one on-site 6S project or cost improvement project/quality improvement project; projects related to lean focus topics/Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) projects will be given priority.
