Job description

The role

As our Production Supervisor - Final Assembly for PT WIK Far East Batam in Batam, Riau Islands, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the final assembly operations to ensure the efficient and effective production of our high-quality products. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to make a strategic impact within a leading manufacturing organization.

Key responsibilities

1. Daily production arrangement according to Planning Material Control (PMC) plan, including operators’ allocation, equipment/fixtures/jigs checking, materials preparation and WI/flow chart following up.
2. Following up Finish Goods (FGs) shipment plan to meet the FGs shipment requirements, controlling and monitoring quality of product in Final Assembly (FA) to meet QA's standard and customer's requirement.
3. Monitoring reports from FA leaders of output and supervising production lines 6S, safety and discipline, continuous improvement to achieve responsible production lines KPI target.
4. Cooperate with related QA/PE engineers and supervisors to solve the daily issues that happen on production lines.
5. Releasing documents (i.e: TS, NEW SKU) in RQM, implementation on production of new SKU, supporting new project preparation and another task.

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Senior High School are welcome with a minimum of 2 years’ working experience in the same position.
2. Good to lead and motivated members, production line optimization and line balance, analytical, time management (prioritizing tasks and effectively), adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
3. Good in English, Microsoft office, SAP is an advantage, good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement, result oriented, knowledge of FMEA, work instruction and flow chart.
4. Good interpersonal communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, ability or logic to assess problems and take the appropriate course of action, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
