Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at PT Servvo Fire Indonesia, a leading manufacturing company in Legok Banten. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our high-quality products.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet established goals and deadlines
2. Implement and monitor production plans, schedules, and processes to optimize workflow and productivity
3. Identify and resolve production issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges, and implement corrective actions
4. Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards
5. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to production staff to enhance their skills and performance
6. Maintain accurate production records and generate reports to track key performance indicators
7. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
2. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
4. Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
5. Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and cost control
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
7. Relevant certifications or qualifications in production management or a related field would be an advantage
