MAGI was inaugurated by President Soeharto on November 3, 1992. The company successfully exported its products to Japan in 1998, expanded by building a factory for industrial orders in 2002, and opened a branch in Jakarta in 2006 to serve the Jabodetabek area. MAGI is an established manufacturer known for producing high-quality, reliable glass products with a focus on perfection and aesthetics, aiming to enhance the function and beauty of surfaces where its products are used.

Job Description

1. Supervise and coordinate operator activities in the glass production process to meet targets and quality standards.
2. Ensure production processes comply with SOPs, optimize time efficiency, and use raw materials effectively.
3. Provide daily guidance, task distribution, and ensure discipline within the production team.
4. Coordinate with other departments such as QC, maintenance, and warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
5. Monitor machine performance and report production issues to superiors.
6. Be responsible for cleanliness, workplace safety, and maintenance of the production area.
