Job description

Identify and vet manufacturers with experience in activewear

Request and evaluate samples, negotiate pricing, MOQ, and lead times

Finalize supplier agreements and manage communication

Production Oversight

Coordinate tech pack submissions and sample approvals

Monitor production progress and ensure quality control

Handle production-related issues and resolve them quickly

Shipping & Delivery

Coordinate and track air or sea freight shipments

Ensure accurate and complete shipping documentation

Confirm warehouse delivery and inventory receipt

Inventory & Coordination

Monitor availability of fabric, trims, and packaging

Check production quantity and packaging accuracy

Team Communication

Provide regular status updates

Join virtual meetings and occasional on-site discussions

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in apparel production and logistics

Strong network of manufacturers (preferably in Asia)

Familiar with freight, shipping, and basic customs procedures

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

Fluent in English (Bahasa or Mandarin is a plus)
