Production Senior Staff - Manufacture - Bekasi (B-118377)

The working venue is in Bekasi, West Java.

Our client is a Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are seeking a Production Senior Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support production management under the guidance of the Whole Process Manager.
2. Track and analyze production schedules.
3. Maintain smooth production flow.
4. Monitor inventory and raw material usage for efficiency.
5. Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, optimizing machine operations and workforce efficiency.
6. Collaborate with the manager to implement new methodologies for operational effectiveness.
7. Maintain accurate records of production data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience as Production Senior Staff or Supervisor in Japanese Resin or Chemical Manufacturing.
2. Experience managing production on-site, instructing personnel, and overseeing production activities.
3. Proficiency in English (more than conversational level).
4. Understanding of process improvement methodologies and 5S principles.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

• Conversational Japanese proficiency.
