Job summary

PT Garuda Yamato Steel seeks an experienced Production and Quality System Architect Assistant Manager to design, implement, and optimize MES and QMS systems. You will align IT solutions with manufacturing goals, integrate with ERP and shop-floor systems, and drive continuous improvement across production and quality domains.

The role requires 5–7 years of IT manufacturing experience, expertise in system architecture, data mapping, and IT service management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in enterprise systems, manufacturing systems, system architecture, or IT service management are preferred.
• MES fundamentals, QMS fundamentals, ERP and manufacturing system integration, system architecture and data mapping, IT service management, testing and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture for MES and QMS.
• Ensure integration with ERP, SCADA, PLC, and other manufacturing systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including workflows and data mapping.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement enhancements.
• Support bug fixing, data issues, and process failures.
• Gather requirements from Production and Quality teams to ensure compliance with shop-floor standards.
• Support digital transformation and lean initiatives.
