The role involves managing teams, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring production efficiency and quality.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/section head role; preferably in printing & packaging industry.

Strong knowledge of printing processes.

Skilled in production planning, process control, and efficiency improvement (OEE, downtime, cost saving).

Familiar with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc) and basic machine troubleshooting.

Leadership skills to manage operators/technicians and coordinate with PPIC, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse.

Good decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work with targets and deadlines; willing to work shifts if required.

Familiar with production monitoring systems.

High integrity, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
