Pelamar harus memiliki gelar Sarjana di bidang Teknik atau Teknologi Pangan dan pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di industri FMCG. Kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Inggris yang baik diperlukan.

• Minimum 3 years working experience as Supervisor PPIC in FMCG/Retail Industries.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Willing to travel for work purposes.

Job Description

• Develop & implement production plans to meet Store's demand while optimizing inventory levels
• Plan and monitor material requirements and stock levels to support production neds for all of Commissary in major cities of Indonesia
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains
• Responsible for PPIC KPIs and stock-taking activities
• Supervise production labor distribution and process performance to ensure daily and weekly schedule adherence is achieved and customer's requirements are met on a timely basis
• Efficient production processes for the continuous improvement & targeting to deliver below budgets

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Enginering or Food Technology
• Minimum 3 years working experience as Supervisor PPIC in FMCG/Retail Industries
• Strong leadership, effective communcation skills, work as a team & attention to detail
• Good data management & analysis skills
• Good communication in English (Verbal & Non Verbal)
• Proficient in Ms. Office, SAP/ERP/Oracle
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi & Travel to other cities for work purposes
