Job Summary:

We are seeking proficient The PPAC (Production Planning and Control) Mandarin speakers staff to responsible for developing, monitoring, and adjusting production plans to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing of food products. This role involves coordinating with procurement, warehouse, quality assurance, and production teams to align materials, manpower, and machinery for smooth operations. The position ensures all production processes meet quality and safety standards, while minimizing downtime and waste.

Job Description:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.

Allocate production lines, manpower, and equipment according to plan and capacity.

Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure raw and packaging materials are available before production.

Work closely with Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000.

Monitor the implementation of production plans and adjust schedules in case of delays, material shortages, or technical issues.

Analyze daily production data, track key metrics (e.g., yield, downtime), and report findings to management.

Conduct and document pre-production readiness checks, including machine condition, material availability, cleanliness, and personnel hygiene.

Ensure all PPAC forms are properly filled and signed before starting the production shift.

Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resource usage.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.

Good understanding of production workflows, inventory management, and food safety standards.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure.

Willing to work in shifts if required.

Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 3+ minimum) and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written).

Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take initiative.

Willing to work onsite in Tangerang City (flexible hours as needed).

Able to join immediately.

Preferred (but not required):

Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning or food manufacturing (fresh graduates with internships in production may also be considered).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/PPIC software is a plus.
