We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Production Planner at our head office in Cileungsi, Bogor. The role offers excellent long-term career prospects and an attractive remuneration package.

Responsibilities:

• Plan & Optimize Production: Develop master production schedules aligned with sales forecasts, ensuring on-time delivery of goods
• Inventory Management: Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished product stock levels to balance supply and demand
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Purchasing, SCM, Sales, and Logistics to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks
• Data Accuracy: Prepare daily performance reports, export schedules, and inventory updates using Axapta and Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• 2+ years in Production Planning (PPIC) or manufacturing roles (fresh graduates with strong competencies may apply)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Axapta Dynamics, SAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis)
• Understanding of production processes, inventory control, and quality management
• Problem-solving (identify solutions under pressure)
• Attention to detail and proactive communication (written/spoken English is a plus)
• Team player with integrity and service-oriented mindset
