Job summary

PT. Evo Manufacturing Indonesia seeks a Production Operator to operate production machines per SOPs and maintain product quality in a fast-paced facility in Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan.

You will prepare materials and tools, monitor processes, and record outputs and downtime. A diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering is required, with 1 year of operator experience and 5R familiarity; shift work is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• 1 year of experience as a Production Operator in manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiarity with 5R methods.
• Ability to perform basic machine setup and minor troubleshooting.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and on shift in Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Prepare raw materials, tools, and equipment for the production process.
• Monitor machine performance and production processes to ensure product quality.
• Record production output, machine downtime, and other production data accurately.
