PT Champion Precision Parts Indonesia is seeking a motivated Production Operator to join our operations floor in Cikarang, West Java. You will read engineering drawings, perform precise dimensional measurements, and follow SOPs to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have SMK or D3 in mechanical fields, a Kaizen mindset, and are comfortable with rotating shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and contribute to continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Formación

• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Familiar with vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Kaizen mindset to improve quality and efficiency.
• Honest, meticulous, disciplined with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Review technical blueprints to guide manufacturing activities.
• Follow work instructions and SOPs precisely.
• Perform precise dimensional measurements to verify conformity.
• Support Kaizen initiatives on the shop floor.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production area.
