Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a production operator in steel manufacturing.

Job description

Candidates must be a graduate of SMK in mechanical engineering or related field.

Have at least 2 years experience as a production operator in steel manufacturing industry.

Having experience in the same field is a plus.

Able to work in a team.

Physically and mentally healthy.

Able to operate cranes (preferred) & Forklifts.

Willing to be placed in other places/lines if needed.

Willing to work shifts.

Able to operate measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer).

Willing to be placed in GIIC Area, Cikarang.

Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with established operational procedures and standards.

Monitor and supervise the production process, including product quality, production speed, and relevant production parameters.

Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of production machinery and equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts.

Make minor repairs or adjustments to machinery or equipment according to technical instructions and report more serious problems to the maintenance team.

Follow work safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided when working with machinery or hazardous materials.

Monitor inventory of raw materials and production components, and provide reports on shortages to the supply team.
