Job description

Job objective: Be responsible for the production and operation management of the factory in Indonesia to ensure the achievement of the company's business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete production and deliveries in accordance with the company's business tasks;

Be responsible for product delivery and customs declaration management;

Be responsible for production equipment and safety management;

Assist in the recruitment and management of factory team members;

Organize production materials, coordinate product quality issues;

Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements:

Know/be familiar with local laws, regulations and customs;

College degree or above in mechanical engineering, with more than 5 years of experience in manufacturing production and operation positions;

Strong overall perspective and planning ability, good organizational and coordination skills, serious and practical, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Other requirements:

· Language requirements: Proficient in Indonesian and oral communication in Chinese
