Job summary

A leading Stamping Company is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the die stamping machinery manufacturing process. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a Machinery Manufacturing setting. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, along with conversational English. Knowledge of ISO standards and Japanese language skills are advantageous. This position is located in Desa Ciranjeng, Jawa Barat, Indonesia.

Job description

Our client is a Stamping Company. Currently, they are looking for Production Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor detailed production plans and schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines and inventory targets.

Coordinate with the sales, engineering, and procurement teams to align production capacity with order requirements.

Oversee the end-to-end die stamping machinery manufacturing process, including machining, fabrication, assembly, and testing.

Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff including supervisors, technicians, and machine operators.

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the production team.

Create regular report on production status, performance metrics.

Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and tool.

Manage the allocation of manpower, machines, and materials to ensure optimal production flow.

Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process.

Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.

Oversee machine maintenance scheduling in coordination with the maintenance department.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering related major.

High conversational level of English, Japanese skill will be a plus point.

Min. 3 years of working experience as a Production Manager in a Machinery Manufacturing company with direct experience handling Dies Stamping machine.

Able to read technical drawing (Autocad).

Good leadership and communication skill.

Preferable Skill / Experience:

ISO knowledge will be a plus point.

Japanese skill will be a plus point.
