Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer orders and inventory requirements.
• Ensure optimal use of machinery, manpower, and materials.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure product quality meets company and industry standards.
• Monitor raw material usage and ensure sufficient stock for production continuity.
• Reduce waste and control production costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present production reports (output, downtime, efficiency, scrap rate).
• Analyze production data and implement process improvements.

• Ability to manage large teams and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.

• Familiar with ISO standards, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to create and implement SOPs and production guidelines.
• Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP/MRP systems, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
