Your Role in This Journey

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership in Manufacturing Competitiveness
   • Develop and implement strategies to maximize production capacity and improve productivity.
   • Lead initiatives to prevent deviations in the production process and drive continuous improvement.
2. Optimization and Stabilization of Aseptic Processes
   • Oversee aseptic worker training programs to ensure efficient operation of the 4-lot production system.
   • Ensure systematic maintenance, validation, and qualification of production processes and critical equipment.
3. Plant Safety and Regulatory Compliance Oversight
   • Establish and manage comprehensive safety protocols for handling botulinum strains and toxins.
   • Ensure full compliance with biosafety regulations and global manufacturing standards.
4. Cross-functional Leadership and Innovation
   • Lead cross-departmental collaboration for process innovation and operational excellence.
   • Drive the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and GMP best practices.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years experience in Pharmaceutical Company as Biological or Sterile Production experience.
2. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Pharmacist.
3. Strong management and leadership skills.
4. Previous experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, biological or sterile product setting is preferred.
5. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations is a plus.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills, proficiency in English is a must and Korean Language will be considered a significant advantage
8. Willingness to work shifts and to place in Cikarang.
