Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee all production processes, ensure product quality, optimize operational efficiency, and manage and lead the production team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations.

Develop and implement efficient production processes and quality assurance protocols.

Manage inventory, including raw materials and finished products.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Monitor production KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork and accountability.

Collaborate closely with fulfillment and sales teams to align production and warehouse capacity with market demand.

Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production management/ leadership role, ideally within the food manufacturing sector.

Experience with meat processing is a plus

Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., BPOM, NKV, HACCP, GMP, Halal).

Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing diverse production teams.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambitious growth targets.

Systematic, detailed and proactive.

Tech Savvy and knowledgeable in Microsoft / Google Suites

Experience with budgeting, forecasting and creating production reports

Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
