Production Manager

Job Description

• Lead and organize production and task force manpower according to the Production Plan.
• Prepare and provide technical solutions to ensure smooth operations according to standards.
• Coordinate closely with the Senior Production Manager to ensure production aligns with the plan.
• Conduct daily meetings with Shift Heads and Engineering to analyze problems and solutions, and review output and rejects.
• Ensure all production employees adhere to company regulations and targets.
• Supervise daily activities of Mold changers.
• Delegate tasks within the Task Force team.
• Prepare and analyze daily output and reject reports.
• Conduct daily training sessions for production personnel and update SOPs/WIs as needed.
• Control reject rates and implement strategies to reduce them.
• Monitor OEE and seek improvements through maintenance and engineering.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in plastic engineering or related areas is preferred.
• Experience in the sports shoe industry is a plus.
• Profound knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, equipment, and molds.
• Experience with quality control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and pursue continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of compliance laws and effective communication with HR.
