Job description

We are hiring for Production Manager to one of our client run in FMCG (FnB) industry especially in biscuit, cake, bread, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and efficiency targets.

- Collaborate with the R&D team for new product development or process improvements.

- Supervise the entire production process from start (raw material procurement) to finish (packaging and distribution).

- Coordinate with the logistics team to plan distribution and ensure timely product deliveries.

- Manage production budgets and ensure cost efficiency without compromising product quality.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG production, preferably in biscuits or bakery products.

- Proven leadership experience in managing production teams.

- Proficient in English and Mandarin language.
