Job Description

1. Monitor productivity rates, product standards and implement quality control program.
2. Analyze budgets and continuously control production costs and identify waste measures.
3. Control and develop system & procedures to be more effective, efficient, and simple.
4. Plan, coordinate and control manpower and production process to ensure the output is produced at the right cost in the right quantities at the right time.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in the Rubber Industry is preferred.
3. Good understanding of automotive production process, especially in automotive rubber components.
4. Familiar with ISO series, Kaizen System, 5S, and Safety.
5. Able to communicate in English (writing, reading, speaking).
