Job description

Production plan management for Secondary and Primary.

Strategic planning for short, medium, and long term operational requirements, including requirement plans, training, education, and certification programs for operators, technicians, shift leaders, and technical leaders.

Strategic capacity increasing initiatives for short, medium, and long term, focusing on method improvements such as attendance, production capacity, and OEE.

Procurement planning for machinery (Secondary and Primary) aligned with medium and long-term capacity increase and process improvement plans.

Machinery preventive maintenance management.

Management of new product preparation and export products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the Tobacco Manufacturing Industry or similar field.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
• Knowledge of SAP, QC, and QA systems.
