Job summary

A leading company in the Tobacco Manufacturing sector seeks a qualified manager to oversee production planning, maintenance, and new product preparation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English and necessary software.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in Tobacco Manufacture Industry Management or equivalent.
• Able to use MS Office well, word and excel.
• Fluent in English both verbal & written.

Responsibilities

• Manage production plans for Secondary and Primary.
• Oversee machinery preventive maintenance.
• Handle new product preparation and export management.

Responsibilities

• Production plan management for Secondary and Primary
• Strategic for short, medium and long term for Operational (requirement plan, training education and certification program for Operator, Technician, Shift Leader, Tech. Leader)
• Strategic for short, medium and long term of Capacity Increasing Stategic (Method improvement such us attendance, prod. capacity, OEE)
• Procurement plan of machinery (Secondary and Primary) due to medium or long term plan for increasing capacity and improvement process
• Machinery preventive maintenance management
• New product preparation management and Export product management

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of experience in Tobacco Manufacture Industry Management or equivalent
• Able to use MS office well both word and excel
• Able to use statistical software and function (minitab, etc.)
• Able to use SAP system, QC, and QA system
• Fluent in English both verbal & written
