PRODUCTION GENERAL MANAGER (Metal Fabrication)

1. Lead and manage all production activities, ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing heavy equipment components.

2. Develop and implement production strategies that align with company goals.

3. Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

4. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

5. Manage production budgets, resources, and staffing levels to meet operational targets.

6. Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, PPIC, Quality, and PE/ME to ensure seamless production operations.

7. Analyze production data and metrics to drive performance improvements and address any issues promptly.

8. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among staff.

Qualifications:

Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering background.

Min. 5 years experience in Metal Fabrication with significant time spent in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of production processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control in the manufacturing industry.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and leadership.

Proficient in operating MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fluent in English or Japanese.
