Production General Manager - Manufacture - Cikarang (B-117711)

The working venue is in Cikarang, West Java.

Our client is a Manufacture Company. Currently, they are looking for Production General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all production activities, ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing heavy equipment component.

Develop and implement production strategies that align with company goals.

Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Manage production budgets, resources, and staffing levels to meet operational targets.

Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, PPIC, Quality and PE/ME to ensure seamless production operations.

Analyze production data and metrics to drive performance improvements and address any issues promptly.

Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among staff.

Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

More than High Conversational level English skill (Or Japanese).

Min. 5 years working experience in Metal Fabrication with Manager up experience.

Strong understanding of production processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control in manufacturing industry.

Proficient in operating Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
