Production Foreman

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical / Electrical or engineering relevant
• More than 2 years of team management experience in the manufacturing industry; experience in the automotive industry and new energy industry is preferred
• Have the experience of managing a team of more than 50 people
• Priority will be given to those who have experience in the construction of new factories and new production lines
• Master communication skills, lean management tools and quality tools, such as TPM, TQM, 8D, LOP, and so on
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Speaker will be preferred

Job Description:

• Responsible for the management work of MP production lines
• Carry out the standardized work of the company and promote the implementation of the CPS 2.0 work
• Carry out the structured content of the monitor's day conscientiously
• Responsible for the safety management work of the team, including hidden danger investigation, safety training, and emergency response
• Responsible for the quality management work of the team, including quality training, standardized operation, and closed-loop management of quality problems
• Responsible for the human-oriented management work of the team, including team training, team meetings, promotion management, skill management, and team building
• Responsible for the daily production management work of the team, including plan achievement, production preparation meeting, on-site discipline, 5S, TPM, and personnel attendance
• Responsible for carrying out the special work of the production team
