The Production Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring production activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects and events. This role manages daily operations, coordinates resources, and ensures compliance with quality and safety standards under the guidance of the Manager of Production and Operations.


By ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to timelines, the Production Executive helps optimize costs, enhance productivity, and deliver seamless event experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and cross-team collaboration.


Your Day-to-Day


  • This position is temporary for 1 year.
  • Assist in developing and implementing detailed production plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and contingency measures.
  • Coordinate production activities to ensure alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and standards.
  • Oversee the quality and feasibility of production deliverables for successful execution.
  • Manage on-site production activities during events, ensuring seamless execution and safety compliance.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving on-site challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure on-site workflows align with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of quality materials and equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks on production materials to meet specifications.
  • Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to the Manager of Production and Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
  • Manage projects and resources effectively.
  • Maintain documentation and generate reports.

Who We’re Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Production, Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Production Management, Safety Standards, or Event Planning are advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production or operations, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
  • Proven ability to manage on-site production and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor management and safety standards compliance.
