Job summary

PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia is seeking a Production Engineering Manager to lead a team and optimize production processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronic, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in Production Manufacturing, with 5 years in leadership.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of production engineers, technicians and line supervisors by providing necessary coaching and support on daily operation activities as well as professional growth development in the department.
• To plan the production schedules and ensure that production targets are achieved in terms of output and timing while maximizing efficiency and resource utilization
• Identify opportunities and implement programs for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings through data analysis and performance monitoring on overall production activities
• Ensure managed production activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Implement and maintain internal quality control measures to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner whenever necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, planning, manufacturing, and logistics to optimize production processes.
• Coordinate with process and industrial engineering teams to ensure smooth transition of new products from design to production.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by Plant Manager or General Manager
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronic, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in Production Manufacturing with at least 5 years in leadership roles with a track record of success in optimizing production processes and leading teams.
• Strong decision-making and people management skills
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
• Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
